Get support
Free support, and nothing you have to prove first.
You do not need a diagnosis, a referral or an IEP. A parent, caregiver, teacher or self-referral is enough, and there is no charge at any stage.
What happens
Four steps, and none of them are a sales call.
Step 1
Email us, in whatever form suits you
A sentence is enough. Bullet points are fine. You do not need reports, letters or a diagnosis, and you do not need to justify why you are asking. If writing is hard, ask for a call instead.
Step 2
A short conversation, not an assessment
We talk through what your child finds hard and what they enjoy, and which program might fit. Nothing is scored and nobody is put on a scale. If we are not the right fit we will tell you then, not after three months of waiting.
Step 3
A first session with no goals
Your child looks at the room and we follow their lead. Watching from the doorway for the whole hour counts as a completed first session. Nothing is assessed and nothing is expected.
Step 4
Go at your own pace, pause when you need
Some children join in during week one, others take a term. You can pause and come back, and your place is held for a full term without you having to explain why.
What we run
Choose a program, or let us help you choose.
- Movement PlayAges 4–8 · Weekly, term time
- Balance, coordination and confidence built inside games your child chooses to repeat.
- Regulation SessionsAges 5–12 · Weekly, one to one
- Heavy work, swinging and deep pressure for children who need to move before they can settle.
- Family SessionsAll ages · Fortnightly
- You in the room, learning what works, so the week between sessions is easier.
Autistic adults have a separate track and can refer themselves the same way.
Our commitments to every family
- Every program is free. There is no means test and no assessment fee.
- No diagnosis or referral is required. A parent, caregiver or self-referral is enough.
- Ear defenders, sunglasses and comfort items stay on. Nobody will ask your child to take them off.
- Stimming is never redirected or counted as off-task behaviour.
- Sessions run off-peak in low-stimulation rooms, and you can stay for as long as it helps.
- You can pause and come back. Your place is held for a full term without you having to explain why.
You never need to ask for these, and you never need to explain why.
Not sure where to start?
Email us about your child, or about yourself, in as much or as little detail as you like. A real person reads it. If we are not the right service, we will say so and point you somewhere that is, rather than adding you to a list.
